Our special release of Rose Liqueur that tastes like delicate fresh Turkish delight - with drops of rose oil extracted from fresh rose petals grown in the Adelaide Hills, and a sensory taste of the lightest dusting of icing sugar. Heady rose, sweet and lingering. Perfect sipped chilled over ice.

Tasting Notes:

Intense rose oil, a dusting of icing sugar, a soft moussy mouthfeel, this rose liqueur is sweet on the lips and perfect poured chilled from the bottle on ice. 

Technique:

Rose picked over 200 ‘Mr Lincoln’ roses from a private garden in the Adelaide Hills, in the first flush of Spring. She extracted the oils from the blood red petals to create this delicious, sweet liqueur.
